Shipping Policy
Items take 1-3 days to process and ship with Priority Shipping. Items should arrive within 5-10 days if ordered in the United States. International orders may take longer to arrive.
The COVID - 19 virus has touched nearly all aspects of our lives, including business. While we will make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible, shipping or manufacturing delays have been present this year. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we are so confident that you and your practice will benefit from using our therapy tools, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy, except on sale items or for items such as mugs, pens or teas.
Our mission is to improve the practice of therapy through deepening self awareness and growing self knowledge. We, therefore, provide our customers with high quality materials, accessible customer service, access to our social media channels, and customer reviews so you can make an informed buying decision.
If you change your mind, that's okay! We’ve created our 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for this very reason.
If, for some reason, your journal is not what you hoped it would be, simply email founder@introspectivejournal.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'll be returning the item in its original condition.
We will then give you the returns address based on your location, no questions asked! It will be your responsibility to return the item to us and once we receive the item back in 'pristine' condition, we will happily refund your money minus the outbound shipping fee.
